1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HitzChat ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HitzChat is an AI-powered customer service platform that provides chatbot automation, live agent handoff, and multi-channel messaging integration (Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, LINE, web chat). The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive messaging practices.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful content.
  • Violate any third-party platform terms (Facebook, Instagram, LINE).

5. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Free trial accounts may have limited features and usage caps.

6. Data and Content

  • You retain ownership of your content and data.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.
  • You are responsible for the content sent through your chatbot.
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LINE, and others. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective platform's terms of service and policies.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HitzChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
  • Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
